Luxury Meetings has been facilitating connections between hoteliers, destination suppliers, and qualified corporate, association, and third-party meeting planners since 2008, with over 800 successful events to date. Our primary focus is on bringing in pre-qualified meeting planners within a 45-minute drive radius of the host property, although we often have planners attend from further afield. The aim is to provide these planners with an opportunity to meet with some of the world’s finest hotels, resorts, and destinations to find ideal locations for their upcoming meetings, incentives, conferences, expositions, or events.
Our flagship event, the Luxury Meetings Luncheon & Showcase, is a three-hour affair that prioritizes efficiency over the high costs and time commitment of a traditional trade show. Through our semi-structured Speed Meetings™ format, every meeting planner meets face-to-face with every supplier. Attendees also enjoy a gourmet plated luncheon, chances to win prizes, participate in a charity silent auction, and receive gifts from our global gifting partners. Most importantly, it’s an opportunity to network and have fun with industry colleagues in person.
