Luxury Meetings, Inc.™ presents ITME World™ Virtual Exposition. ITME World™ is over two-days, is appointment-based, and all within our Virtual Meetings World™ expo hall where Meeting Planner professionals from the incentive travel, meetings, and events industry engage with unique hotels, resorts, destinations and other special event companies.

The following registration is only for qualified group meeting planners who contract sleeping rooms and banquets related to incentive travel, meetings, and events.
Over the course of two days, our Exhibit Hall will be open for five (5) hours each day. Meeting planners are asked to schedule a minimum of three (3) 15-minute appointment sessions per day, for a total of six (6) appointments.

The meeting industry’s most business-social virtual platform, ITME World engages its attendees in an environment that captures the spirit of an exposition hall as you navigate and meet with people as an avatar, which is custom-designed by you. Our attendees will:
- Meet in trade show booths to view supplier presentations
- Truly “walk” the trade show floor
- Actually “sit” in an auditorium to listen to speaker presentations
- See a friend or colleague in the trade show and break off into private seating areas to engage in one-on-one or group conversations or go for a virtual run
Why Should You Attend?
- Break free of flat video conferencing meetings. At ITME World you will truly feel like you’re socializing at a real event.
- Discuss and book future meetings. The number ONE way we will get our industry thriving again is to place live meetings in Hotels and Convention Centers. Hear updates from familiar properties, or discover new destinations and properties that might be perfect for your meetings.
- Be Inspired! Start each day hearing from business and thought leaders to lift your spirit as we look to close out a year that has been full of unfortunate downs and enter one we know is already looking up!
- Raffle Prizes. Planners who attend their minimum (6) six, 15-minute appointments over the course of the entire show (i.e. three (3) appointments per day or six (6) appointments in one day), will qualify to be entered to win one (1) of the many raffle prizes donated by our exhibitors. Raffle prizes will are two (2) night stays at their hotels/resorts. Planners who schedule and fulfill at least tex (10) appointments over the course of the show dates will also qualify for automatic entry to possibly win one of the two (2) Grand Prize drawings (i.e. Four to Five Night Stays)
- In short, you control your schedule, we just want you to show up and meet with six (6) of the different suppliers and give them 15 min of your time each, and when you do, there are some amazing prizes for you to win.
