Sponsored by one of our industry’s Corporate Gifting companies, hotels, resorts, or destinations, this will be a time for all sides of the meetings industry to join for an hour of riddles and virtual world exploration along with a little competition.
Welcome your competitive spirit to be a part of the Virtual Meetings Scavenger Hunt! Your adventure is ready to go, where you and your team can explore our grand campus, solve riddles, and complete challenges to get on the leaderboard. Whether you bring your own team, or we match you with hospitality colleagues, the purpose is networking and team-building fun. Prizes from our Corporate Gifting Partners will be awarded to the winning team.
What’s Included in Your Registration:
- Registration is for One (1) Avatar per scavenger hunt event.
- All attendees are eligible to win a prize
- Teams will be made up of six (6), to include four (4) Meeting Planners and two (2) Suppliers per Team, or Teams of four (4), to two (2) Meeting Planners and (2) Suppliers per team, depending on attendance.
- The winning team will receive a prize from one of our Corporate Gifting Partner
About Virtual Meetings Series™
Virtual Meetings Series™ is designed for individuals who wish to consistently connect with their colleagues and clients, despite a limited ability to travel and meet in person. Originally designed out of a necessity to save planners and suppliers time, this virtual product has been pushed to the forefront due to a need to stay connected, or make new connections, all from the comfort of their computers.
Via your self-personalized avatar, you are able to move around in a “virtual world” specifically designed for the Incentive Travel, Meetings and Events (ITME) community where both meeting planners and hospitality suppliers can meet, have live group conversations, browse, play, educate, and conduct real business.

NOTE: All “newly” registered individuals will receive an email 1-one hour before the event with directions on how to log into the virtual world Previously registered individuals will be able to access the world 10 minutes prior to the event start time. |
| 2:15pm-2:30pm | Introduction & Orientation to the Virtual Meetings World by our executive team along with some helpful tips, tricks, and hacks, which will make your use of the virtual networking world even more enjoyable. |

Welcome Presentation from Host Gifting Company and announcement of what prizes will be awarded. |
| 2:40pm- 3:25pm |
As a team, you will explore the grand virtual world, solve increasingly hard riddles, that will take you from one island to the other, all while competing to be on top of the leaderboard. |
| 3:25pm- 4:00pm | Winning Team and Prizes will be announced and then drop shipped directly to each winner. After the event is over, go wander around the virtual world, network, make new connections, rekindle existing connections, and explore the world of Meetings Industry 2.0 |
